A Power Tattoo is a temporary tattoo used in the game Power Tattoo ® "Tat' & Play!".
First collectible tattoo game, Power Tattoo ® enables players to challenge each other anytime and anywhere, in games involving tactics and bluff, where each Power Tattoo releases great powers!
On the front side, the design is printed as a mirror image of the Power Tattoo in order to be viewed in the right direction once it is applied to the skin. It has a slight milky discoloration that will be replaced by its true colors once the Power Tattoo is applied to the skin. Each Power Tattoo is protected by a transparent plastic film.
Instructions for applying and removing the Power Tattoo are located on the reverse side.

No you can’t. When a player attacks, his "free arm" becomes his "game arm" and vice versa, but his fighting technique must remains the same.
No. You are not allowed to touch your opponent during the Power Tattoo combat. Any player who touches his/her opponent during a Power Tattoo game is immediately disqualified. Power Tattoo is a game. You must respect your opponent under all circumstances.
If the number of fingers used by the player in order to perform his technique is clearly identifiable, you should use it to find out what should have been the appropriate technique (for instance, since the player uses three fingers, his technique is by fact, the Eagle). Otherwise, players must begin a new assault from step 1 and the player whose technique was not clearly identifiable is considered to have dodged.
In any cases, you score just 1 point. The dodge is only taken into account for the assault that immediately follows.
